Motability Scheme
Electric Mobility is proud to be associated with Motability, a registered Charity dedicated to helping disabled people and war pensioners lease a new scooter or powered wheelchair, using their Government funded mobility allowance through the Motability Scheme.
If you receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) , the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS) or the Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) you may be eligible to join the Motability Scheme.

2025 Motability Scheme Live Events
The Motability Scheme Live Events is a programme of Motability hosted events which gives disabled people the chance to find out more about Motability and view a wide selection of cars, WAVs, scooters and powered wheelchairs all in one place. It’s the perfect way for customers to find out everything they need to know about Motability and have their questions answered by the Rascal Mobility Retailer.

The events will host a large display of vehicles available through the Motability Scheme.

"I attended a Motability trade exhibition on the 10th August 2019 in Harrogate. This exhibition was very impressively organised by Motability – I was interested in looking at boot scooters…We visited the Millercare [who were Partnered with Electric Mobility] stand and met Andy Walker a sales representative who demonstrated the various models they sold. I was impressed with one model in particular; a Rascal Vista which met my needs ideally. I test drove this mobility scooter and was so taken with it I was tempted to purchase the scooter there and then… My wife and I are now looking forward to excursions by car accompanied by my own portable mobility scooter!"
