EngineerTraining Courses

Free to all Engineers working for Electric Mobility Retailers

Our one day basic- level service training course is held at our Ilminster Head office throughout the year.

The course is aimed at Engineers and offers a comprehensive overview of the Electric Mobility range of Rascal mobility products. The training will cover servicing, maintenance and fault finding for both mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs.

The course will be delivered by James Tucker, Senior Product and Training Technician. James has been working at Electric Mobility for 17 years and has in-depth technical knowledge about our product range.

This course will be of benefit to new Engineers joining the industry, or as a refresher course for existing Engineers. The purpose of this interactive 'hands-on' course is to develop an Engineer’s understanding and familiarity with our product range. This will help save time when servicing one of our products.

Course Duration

The course starts at 09.30am and finishes at 16.00pm.

The course will be split into approximately two equal sessions on the day, with lunch provided. There will be plenty of time for Questions and Answers during the day if you have specific things you want to ask.

This course is FREE to Engineers working for an Electric Mobility Retailer ONLY (unfortunately, this course is not available to Engineers who do not).

Find a Retailer Become a Dealer

What our customers say...

  • I know from my own business that usually people only write in when there is a problem but I should like to break the mould and say a big THANK YOU to Kev in the Parts Department for the quick and valuable service he provided  to me.  The little taxi is running great now.

    -Mr Ralph - Gloucestershire
  • Thank you and your staff for your support of my business. It is a pleasure to deal with a company which goes the “extra mile” to assist a new business such as mine, and although things do not always run as planned, all your office and warehouse staff do their utmost to get me out of the predicaments I sometimes find myself in. They also provide an invaluable service of talking me through technical problems.
Furthermore I would like to thank the efforts which Dave Holder has made to ensure I can obtain the right stock without overloading me with ‘special offers’ which usually just gather dust and most recently his, and Elaine’s support with the Honiton Show.
